We have designed the perfect cocktail for Valentine’s Day, and for all lovers, especially those from Gascony! This lovers’ cocktail is the result of the union between Floc de Gascogne and champagne.

The ultimate lovers’ cocktail made with Champagne and red Floc de Gascogne

Ingredients for 1 cocktail glass:

• 3cl of Floc de Gascogne Red A.O.P.
• 12cl of champagne or sparkling wine (your choice)
• A few frozen raspberries

Preparation :

• In a champagne glass (18cl), pour the red Floc de Gascogne and add the Champagne or other sparkling wine of your choice.
• You can serve it with a frozen fruit inside for decoration.
