Prepare a coffee and let it cool.
In a shaker, pour the Floc de Gascogne, the liquid cream and the coffee then stir vigorously.
Put two ice cubes in the glass and pour the contents of the shaker into it.
Add a pinch of coffee powder on top for decoration.
Your cocktail is ready to be enjoyed!
