White Gascon Cocktail

Ingredients for a cocktail:

• 6 cl of  White Floc de Gascogne AOP
• 1.5 cl of Karablanche by Oh Palais d’Isa (see tips)
• 3 cl of espresso coffee

Preparation:

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour the ingredients one by one

Stir for a few seconds then serve in a glass.

Then enjoy chilled!

Tips:

“Karablanche” is a liquid caramel with Blanche d’Armagnac AOC. You can buy it on the Oh Palais d’Isa online store. You can replace it with a dash of liquid caramel and Blanche d’Armagnac if you don’t have this ingredient. The liquid caramel brings the sweetness and generosity of the cocktail.

The cocktail can also be made in a blender.

To glaze the glass, put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
