Strawberry daiquiri: the Floc recipe

The Strawberry Daiquiri is a delicious and legendary fruit cocktail. This recipe created by the Fou du Bocal in Toulouse is enhanced by Floc de Gascogne.

The recipe for Strawberry Daiquiri, the irresistible fruity cocktail with Floc de Gascogne

Ingredients for 1 cocktail glass:

• 30 g strawberries cut into pieces
• The juice of half a lemon (around 3cl)
• 4 cl of White Floc de Gascogne
• ½ or 1cl of cane sugar syrup

Preparation:

• Blend the strawberries in a blender.
• Add the lemon juice, Floc de Gascogne and a dash of cane sugar syrup to the blender with the strawberries. Mix everything with crushed ice.
• Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass and enjoy!
• You can decorate the glass with a strawberry before serving it.

Trick:

• You can use ready-made strawberry puree instead.
• You can lengthen your cocktail with sparkling water.
• You can also make this recipe with red Floc de Gascogne.
