Red Sloc

Ingredients for 1 glass of cocktail:

• 6 cl of Red Floc de Gascogne AOP
• 3 cl of cranberry juice
• 5 cl of white beer
• a dash of squeezed lime

Preparation:

Place the ingredients successively then add the beer at the end.

Serve chilled or with ice cubes, by the glass or in a carafe.

Then enjoy with some tapas!

Advice:

Buy craft white beer if possible.
