Step #1:
Wash and finely chop the coriander and reserve it in a container.
Do the same operation with the garlic cloves.
Step #2:
Peel the shrimp. You can keep them whole or cut them in half.
Step #3:
In a frying pan or sauté pan over high heat, brown the chopped garlic in the olive oil until it is nicely colored for about 5 minutes.
Step #4:
Then add the shrimp, salt and chili pepper and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, lowering the heat and stirring.
Step #5:
Once the shrimps are cooked, deglaze everything with Floc de Gascogne by increasing the heat more quickly and let the vapors reduce. The shrimp will continue to cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve hot with rice or fried vegetables.
You can use frozen shrimp.
