Tell us about your field

Our 42-hectare family estate has been anchored in the Gascon landscape for more than 50 years. For 3 generations, our family, the Baurens family, has been keen to share its passions, its typical and varied terroirs as well as its know-how.

We produce the 3 emblematic products of the territory: IGP Côtes de Gascogne wines, Le Floc de Gascogne AOP and Armagnac AOC.

It is a mixed farming area since we also have 40 hectares of cereal crops.

Independent winegrowers for over 30 years, you will find authentic products with us, vinified and packaged in our cellars by us. A guarantee of quality for your table which will bring you pleasure and satisfaction.

Since 2020, we have been labeled High Environmental Value (HVE) for our commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture. We act to respect biodiversity, fauna and flora, in particular through water management and the limited use of vine treatments as much as possible to reduce the impact on the environment.

Our fertilizers come from compost and we also use natural green manure to nourish the vines, such as planting fava beans between the rows, which allows us to nourish the vines naturally and work on biodiversity.

What sets your white Floc apart?

Our White Floc de Gascogne is made with 40% Sauvignon, 20% Gros Manseng and 40% Colombard. Pale yellow in color with gold highlights, it offers aromas of yellow peach and very ripe citrus fruits. Fresh on the palate with a nice balance between sweetness and acidity. It goes very well with foie gras.

What sets your Floc rosé apart?

Our Floc de Gascogne Rosé is made with 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. Its garnet color reveals aromas of blackcurrant, cherries and morello cherries. It has a nice roundness which gives a nice volume. It goes very well with chocolate desserts.
